Ola from an Rver in Portugal! Looks like you are having a great time too!! I love the flower picture.

I think the key for work-life balance for full time roadies is slow travel. Take your time and make sure to have lots of play time. That is the whole purpose of being on the road right? ;)

Wow. You're taking quite the adventurous route through the pan handle. Will you be taking ferries? I've gone on the AK State Ferry a couple times through the islands there.

@Marina - from Vancouver north to Prince George, then west to Prince Rupert there's actually plenty gas stations! :) LOL, I do totally love my work... I just need to take more breaks & exercise! Thanks for your great suggestions. Hubby and I love movies too - going out or staying in. We'd love to find places to dance along the way on our travels tho!

What kind of gas station availability is there on this route?

I've driven across the US many times and it always annoys me when people think there are 200-mile stretches with no gasoline. However, I guess I've always thought that about driving to Alaska, so I'm curious what the situation's like.

Work-life balance? What's that? If you love what you do, it's more work to not-work. Read? Movies? Learn a new language/mathematics skill/programming language so you have something else to focus on?
